By accessing or using FreeFotoForwarding.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
FreeFotoForwarding is a free photo and video sharing service that lets creators upload photos and videos and generate share links to send to family and friends. The service includes:
The Service is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. We may introduce paid plans in the future for high-volume users, but the core service will remain free for casual creators.
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from FreeFotoForwarding:
You can use FreeFotoForwarding either by signing in with a Google account or by continuing as a guest. Signing in with Google lets you keep your albums across devices and recover them if you switch browsers; guest sessions are tied to your current device and browser.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, your share-link passwords, and any view links you send. Anyone with a share link (and the password, if set) can view the album.
You retain full ownership of all photos and videos you upload to FreeFotoForwarding ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and serve Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service (e.g., generating thumbnails, serving share links to your viewers).

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.

The Service is offered free for personal use. We may impose reasonable storage and bandwidth limits to keep the service free and available for everyone. We will notify you before enforcing any limits that affect your existing albums.
The Service software, branding, and design are owned by FreeFotoForwarding and its operators. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service software without our permission. You retain ownership of the photos and videos you upload (Your Content) — see Section 5.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee that uploaded content will be retained indefinitely. You should always keep your own backup copies of any content you upload — do not use FreeFotoForwarding as your only copy of important photos.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeFotoForwarding and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of photos, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will give you a reasonable opportunity to download your content before deletion in cases of non-cause termination.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you of material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Contra Costa County, California.
